Disconnect Festival

Western Australia’s newest 3-day music festival Disconnect hit the stunning village of Fairbridge with a bang last December. A weekend full of music, art, comedy, eats, camping and star performers served up an experience that touched the mind, body and soul.

It’s great to see Perth’s festival scene grow. Disconnect, and it’s lineup of performers like Father John Misty, Abbe May, Mercury Rev, and Chet Faker (almost! He pulled out after busting his foot) are exactly what the Perth scene needs.

The festival attracted a somewhat modest audience of 3,000 – but every festival starts small, and the crowd size created a boutique feel and tons of dancing room for all.

The artists were glorious, but the main event for us at TLS Productions was the gigantic LED screen behind them. TLS sourced and installed the screen (seen in picture above), elevating the experience and proving our capacity to serve events large and small.

Overall, Disconnect provided a spectacular time. Every act rocked their hearts out, the crowd was world-class. We were proud to be there, and look forward to our (or your) next big event!
